These terms explain how our services may be used, what customers are responsible for, and how billing, refunds, backups, security, and account usage are handled.
1. Introduction
HostViber provides web hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, cloud hosting, VPS, dedicated servers, domains, email services, SSL certificates, and related services. By ordering, accessing, or using any HostViber service, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
If you do not agree with these terms, please do not purchase or use our services.
2. Service Usage and Acceptable Use
You agree to use HostViber services only for lawful purposes. You must not use our network, servers, or services for activities that may harm HostViber, other customers, third parties, or the public internet.
Prohibited activities include:
- Hosting or distributing malware, phishing pages, scam websites, or fraudulent content.
- Sending spam, unsolicited bulk email, or abusive messages.
- Running attacks, port scanning, botnets, brute-force tools, or network abuse.
- Hosting copyrighted content without permission.
- Using services for illegal, abusive, or harmful activities.
- Interfering with the stability, security, or performance of HostViber systems.
3. Email and Spam Policy
HostViber does not allow spam or unsolicited bulk email. Customers are responsible for all email sent from their accounts, websites, scripts, mailboxes, and applications.
If an account is found sending spam, phishing messages, or abusive email, we may suspend the service immediately to protect our network reputation and other customers.
4. Managed Services and Customer Responsibilities
Some services may include managed support, while others are customer-managed. The exact support level depends on the service purchased.
Customers are responsible for:
- Keeping website software, plugins, themes, and scripts updated.
- Using strong passwords and protecting login details.
- Maintaining their own independent backups.
- Ensuring their website content and business activity are lawful.
- Reviewing service specifications before placing an order.
5. Refund Policy
HostViber offers a refund period for eligible web hosting services. Refund eligibility depends on the type of product ordered, the payment method used, and whether the service has already been provisioned or used.
Eligible hosting services
Shared hosting, WordPress hosting, reseller hosting, and cloud hosting may qualify for a refund within the stated money-back period, provided the request meets our refund conditions.
Non-refundable services
- Domain registrations, renewals, and transfers.
- SSL certificates and third-party licenses.
- Dedicated servers after provisioning.
- VPS services after provisioning, unless otherwise stated in writing.
- Setup fees, migration fees, admin fees, and custom work.
- Services suspended or terminated for abuse, fraud, spam, or policy violation.
Cryptocurrency payments
Payments made with cryptocurrency are normally refunded as account credit because of exchange-rate changes, transaction fees, and blockchain settlement limitations.

6. Billing, Renewal, and Suspension
Services are billed according to the selected billing cycle. Customers are responsible for paying invoices before the due date to avoid service interruption.
- Unpaid services may be suspended after the invoice due date.
- Continued non-payment may lead to service termination and data removal.
- Renewal prices may differ from promotional first-term prices.
- Customers should cancel services they no longer wish to renew before the renewal date.
7. Backups
HostViber may provide backups on selected hosting services, but backups are not guaranteed unless explicitly included in the service plan. Customers should always maintain independent copies of important website files, databases, emails, and business data.
HostViber is not responsible for data loss caused by customer error, software issues, account compromise, suspension, termination, or events outside our control.
8. Account Security
Customers are responsible for keeping account credentials secure. This includes WHMCS login details, cPanel or control panel passwords, email passwords, SSH keys, API keys, and billing access.
- Use strong, unique passwords.
- Enable two-factor authentication where available.
- Do not share login details with unauthorized users.
- Notify HostViber immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.
9. Fair Usage Policy
Hosting services are designed for normal website and application usage. Any account using excessive CPU, memory, disk I/O, email volume, network resources, or other shared resources may be limited, optimized, upgraded, or suspended to protect server stability.
Unlimited or unmetered features, where offered, are subject to fair usage and must not be used for storage abuse, backups, file mirrors, mass mailing, or activities unrelated to a normal hosted website.
10. Refusal, Suspension, and Termination
HostViber reserves the right to refuse, suspend, or terminate services when necessary to protect our customers, infrastructure, business, network reputation, or legal position.
Services may be suspended or terminated for non-payment, fraud, abuse, spam, illegal content, security threats, resource abuse, or violation of these terms.
11. Data Protection and Privacy

12. Disclaimer and Warranties
HostViber services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. While we work to provide reliable hosting and support, we do not guarantee that services will be uninterrupted, error-free, or suitable for every specific business requirement.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, HostViber is not liable for indirect losses, loss of profit, loss of revenue, loss of business, loss of data, or damages resulting from service interruption, customer error, third-party failure, or events outside our reasonable control.
